(GLG) Oh the summertime is coming
And the trees are sweetly blooming...

(BB) tae see the rose...

(LL) on the bonnie, bonnie banks of Loch Lomond.

(GLG) Will ye go, lassie, go?

And we'll all go together,

tae pull wild mountain thyme

all around the blooming heather.

Will ye go, lassie, go?

(BB) Oft hae I rov'd by bonnie Doon

tae see the rose and woodbine twine,

and ilka bird sang o' its love

and fondly sae did I o' mine. /

(GLG) I will build my love a bower

by yon clear and crystal fountain

And on it I will pile

all the flowers of the mountain. /

(LL) But me and my true love will never meet again,

on the bonnie, bonnie banks of Loch Lomond.

(GLG) Will ye go, lassie, go?

And we'll all go together,

tae pull wild mountain thyme

all around the blooming heather.

Will ye go, lassie, go?

(LL) tae the bonnie, bonnie banks of Loch Lomond.
